Wow, Angry Birds Space, Announced with NASA from Space
Angry Birds Space can only downloaded officially on March 22, 2012 for all platforms. To promote it, a video filmed in outer space. Strictly speaking, video was filmed at International Space Station (ISS) by presenting Don Pettit, NASA astronaut who was on duty there, 391 kilometers from Earth’s surface.

Rovio said, cooperation with NASA, will be utilized to educate about science and space technology. “Games is fun and entertaining, but game can also be inspiring and informative,” said David Weaver, associate administrator for communications at NASA.
Therefore, Weaver Rovio collaboration with NASA hopes will help students interested in careers in science and technology in future. Along with game, Rovio will also penetrate world of animation and publishing books. It became part of future multimedia strategy Rovio.
Andrew Stalbow, General Manager of North America Rovio says there will be more cooperation with Hollywood in next few months.
