Mobile Devices are Predicted Will Exceed the Number of People

There was a great prediction come from Cisco. Cisco predicted that by the end of 2012 mobile devices will exceed the number of people. Cisco proved it by the research that since 2011 the rate of traffic growth from mobile data increased. In the 2010 the growth rate reached 131 percent, and this 2012 will reach 133 percent.

Cisco also predict the possibility that there will be 10 billion connected mobile devices in 2016 and this will exceed the human population that was only 7.3 billion. Why is this possible to happen? The reason is about the data consumptions are always increasing into a great number. It is impossible to limit the data consumption activity, all of us need it.

On the contrary, the increase of the consumption of these data is realistic indeed, become the owners of operators and mobile device companies are keep to produce more and more sophisticated products and services of data accessing. It shows that we cannot avoid that case, the mobile devices will exceed the number of people are very possible to happen.

Today smartphone users on average use 150 MB of data per month, but this is predicted to increase to 2.6 GB in 2016 later. Even more the coming of tablet, data access becomes easier and preferred, many people love tablet.

One other factor that causes the mobile devices will exceed the number of people is the advancement of 4G technology that is able to present a faster network.
