Open Facebook at Work Makes Employees Happy
The number of companies is blocking access to the office computer internet social network Facebook, the number is still quite a lot because they can interfere with the employee.
On the other hand, Facebook actually gives a little pleasure to the employee at the center of pressure that depletes the mind. Thus, the performance of employees can be more creative and productive. Corporate leaders in United States (USA) more aware of it. More and more managers of information technology (IT) who believe that Facebook’s current work makes employees happy and not entirely a waste of time.
Accordingly, the March survey report research institute Gartner also noted the number of companies that block Facebook on the wane. In 2010, there were at least 50% of all firms in the U.S. to block social network Mark Zuckerberg who founded it.
Gartner predicted in 2014, that number would shrink to only 30%. Means, on average, every year there are 10% of companies that create new policies to open up access for employees.
Prediction of the amount of 30% is still quite high, because there are many companies who do not understand that just to say hello or make a status on Facebook, can lighten the load a little job. If so, the employee will continue to amuse you by accessing Facebook from his personal smartphone.
